About Me

I am passionate about mental health. I believe it is crucial for having a satisfying and fulfilling life. I trust that change for the better is always possible. When I work with clients I try to support their inner creativity and coping skills. This enables them to find a new sensitivity towards themselves and feel better as a result.
In 2013 I started Terapia Cork, to provide confidential counselling and psychotherapy in Cork. I work with clients from diverse cultural  backgrounds. I am skilled in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy.
I have graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from PCI College validated by The Middlesex University (UK). I work in accordance to IACP (Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) regulations and I am a fully accredited member of this professional body.
